Rocket Lab Plans Reusable Booster for Satellite Launches
Small satellite launcher Rocket Lab announced plans to restore it's Electron Rocket's core booster using helicopter on Tuesday (6th August 2019). If successful, it will become the second company to reuse the orbital-class rocket booster after Elon Musk's SpaceX. Electron, which has so far flown 7 missions, can transport 496 pounds (225 kg) of space for around $7 million (approximately Rs.49.62 crore).

A helicopter would then attach the booster's parachute to mid-air, pull it down into the ocean and pull it into a boat to retrieve it, Beck said.
