Chandrayaan-2 Moon Mission to Launch on 22nd July
The ISRO on Thursday (18th July 2019) announced that the launch date for its ambitious 2nd Moon landing mission Chandrayaan-2 has been rescheduled for 22nd July 2019, after 7 days the ambitious launch by Indian Space Research Organisation had to be aborted an hour before the lift-off. 

The ISRO space agency has found the fault in its 'Bahubali' rocket GSLV-Mk III (Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III) whose Monday (15th July 2019) flight with Chandrayaan-II spacecraft was called off an hour before its lift-off at 02:51am. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) tweeted, the Chandrayaan-2 launch, which was called off due to a technical issue on 15th July 2019, is now rescheduled at 02:43 pm IST on 22nd July 2019 (Monday).

In a complementary step, the Rajasthan state government has decided to add a new chapter in the syllabus of class 10th and 12th to make an awareness among school children regarding crime against children & women. Addressing the increasing incidences of crime against women and the issue of women's safety, the purpose of introducing the new chapters is to promote respect towards women and to appraise pupils about the severe laws against cases of abuse and rape. 

Apart from this, the state government has also transferred focus on Agricultural education and will be opening 2 new Agricultural Colleges. One in Jaipur, Kotputli and another in Baseri Dholpur. The Government College in Kishangarh Bas, Alwar will also be changed into an Agricultural College.

Saravana Bhavan Founder Dies at 72
The owner of the Saravana Bhavan restaurants, P. Rajagopal has died in the Chennai hospital today (18th July 2019), after he surrendered for the 2001 kidnapping and murder of an employee of Saravana Bhavan. On 10th July 2019, Rajagopal aged 72 had arrived in an ambulance with an oxygen mask strapped on his face after the Supreme Court accepts the request of medical grounds.

After his surrender, Rajagopal had been admitted to a Chennai private hospital and officials say he suffered a heart attack. The Dosa king, P. Rajagopal had been granted bail by the Supreme Court in 2009 but had to surrender by 7th July.

The Indian Premier League franchise Sun Risers Hyderabad (SRH), has appointed Trevor Bayliss as their head coach after Tom Moody. Especially, under the guidance of Moody, Sun Risers Hyderabad managed to reach the playoffs 5 times in 7 years. The appointment of Trevor Bayliss has come after Bayliss helped England claim their maiden World Cup 2019 title. 

He is currently working with England's Test team as his final assignment which is following the upcoming Ashes series against Australia, he will step down from his post.

Narendra Hirwani Appoint As Spin Consultant For Indian Women's Team
Former National Cricket Academy (NCA) and India international spin coach Narendra Hirwani are set to work as a consultant with the Indian women's cricket team. It has been learned that Hirwani, who played 18 ODIs and 17 Tests for India, will travel with the Women's team on select assignments starting with the home series against South Africa (RSA) in September. 

India's T20s captain Harmanpreet Kaur had recently shown the need of spin coach considering the team is full of spinners, including Ekta Bisht, Deepti Sharma, and Poonam Yadav.

However, other groups start celebrating Nelson Mandela International Day on 18th July 2009. On 27th April 2009, the 46,664 concerts and the Nelson Mandela Foundation invited the global community to join with them in support of an official Nelson Mandela International Day. The first global celebration of Mandela Day on 18th July 2009, Mandela's 91st birthday.
