The World's 1st 360 Degree Infinity Pool In London
London might soon get the world's first 360-degree pool and it would be a breathtaking experience. Compass Pools unveiled the designs of the 600,000-liter pool, which is named Infinity London. The 360-degree pool will sit atop a 55-floor building. The floor's and sides will be kept transparent and allowing visitors to see the swimmers and sky above.

The technical director and Compass Pool's swimming pool designer Alex Kemsley said, when we designed the 360-degree pool, we wanted an uninterrupted view of both above and below the water. So the swimmers will access the 360-Degree pool through a rotating spiral staircase which is based on the door of a submarine, rising from the pool floor when someone wants to get in the pool or out of the pool. This is the only way to enter the pool.

Foreign Minister S Jaishankar Arrives In Bhutan On 1st Overseas Visit
S Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister today (7th June 2019) arrived in Bhutan on a 2-day visit. This is his 1st overseas trip, after assuming charge of the external affairs ministry, during which Jaishankar will hold talks with his Bhutanese counterpart and call on PM Lotay Tshering.

Mr. Jaishankar, who assumed charge on 30th May 2019, is expected to receive an audience with King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck. Jaishankar was received by his Bhutanese counterpart Tandi Dorji on his arrival in the country. During the visit, the 2 sides will discuss the entire gamut of bilateral relations, which is including economic development, hydro-power cooperation, and upcoming high-level exchanges.

Jagan Mohan Reddy Becomes The Only CM To Get 5 Deputies In One Go
Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is a Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP), will have a record 5 Deputy CM. The AP Chief Minister, Jagan Reddy told his party lawmakers in a meeting this morning that he would have 5 deputies and a full 25 members cabinet, which would represent the interest of all communities. 

The new ministers will take oath on Saturday (8th June 2019). The leaders of Jagan Reddy's YSR Congress said, that the deputy Chief Ministers will represent SC, ST, BC, minorities and the Kapu communities. In the last government headed by N Chandrababu Naidu, there were 2 deputy CM, one each from the backward classes and Kapu communities.

Pakistan vs Sri Lanka: On today (7th June 2019, Friday), a match between Sri Lanka vs Pakistan at County Ground, Bristol. The toss was delayed due to rain. Both teams have played two matches and won one and place 7th & 8th of the table respectively. Sri Lanka has led by Dimuth Karunaratne and Pakistan has led by Sarfaraz Ahmed.

In the last match, Sri Lanka won against Afghanistan by 34 runs (41 overs match due to rain, DLS Target 187) and Pakistan won against England by 14 runs. On yesterday (6th June 2019) match, Australia beat West Indies by 15 runs.

The match between Pakistan vs Sri Lanka was abandoned without bowl a ball and each team gets one point.

On Friday (7th June 2019) celebrated the start of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2019 being hosted by France. A total of 24 teams are competing in the 8th edition of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2019, the final of which will be played in the French city of Lyon on 7th July 2019.

While 7 of the 24 teams will be making their 8th consecutive appearance, then the other 4 teams such as Scotland, South Africa, Jamaica, and Chile will make their World Cup debut. Jamaica is the 1st women football team from the Caribbean to qualify for the world cup tournament.

The United Nations General Assembly was adopted the first-ever World Food Safety Day in December 2018 and it will be celebrated on 7th June 2019 under the theme of Food Safety. Food safety is the absence, acceptable, and safe levels of hazards in foods, that may harmful the health of consumers.

It has a critical role in assuring, that food stays safe at every stage of the food chain such as production to harvest, storage, processing, distribution, all the way to consumption and preparation. The inaugural World Food Safety Day in New York will present an opportunity to share the outcomes of the 2 food safety conferences and discuss how the UN in New York can further support the efforts to develop the food safety.
