From 2020, NASA To Open ISS To Tourists
On Friday (7th June 2019), NASA said that they will open up the International Space Station (ISS) to business attempts including space tourism as it seeks to financially disengage from the research lab of orbiting. Price? 10s of millions of dollars for a round trip ticket and there is $35,000 (INR 25 lakhs) a night. That does not include the internet, which will cost $50 (INR 3500) per GB. 

NASA chief financial officer Jeff DeWitt said in an announcement, NASA is opening the ISS to commercial opportunities and marketing these opportunities as we have never done before. Robyn Gatens deputy director of the ISS said, that there will be up to 2 short private astronaut missions per year. The ISS tourists missions will be for stays of up to one month (30 days).

Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath Takes Oath As Lawmaker
Today (10th June 2019, Monday), after getting elected from Chhindwara Assembly seat in a by-poll held along with the April-May 2019 Lok Sabha polls, Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath took oath as a lawmaker. Mr. Nath, who took over as CM in December 2018 following the Congress win in the Assembly elections, was at the time a Lok Sabha MP from Chhindwara. 

NP Prajapati Vidhan Sabha Speaker managed the oath to Mr. Kamal Nath in the Assembly Hall. As per rules, Mr. Kamal Nath had to get elected to the MP Assembly within 6 months of being appointed a chief minister. Mr. Nath had defeated the BJP's Vivek Sahul by a margin of 25,800 votes in the Assembly by-poll.

Girish Karnad the legend of screen and stage was died in Bengaluru today (Jun 10, 2019) at the age of 81. He was Born on 19th May 1938 in Matheran, MaharashtraGirish Karnad was a great Actor, director, writer, and a legend in Kannada writing and theatre. Mr. Karnad was known for plays such as Hayavadana and Tughlaq and for his work in the South and Hindi cinema.

An official said Girish Karnad was died at home at around 08:30 am due to age-related symptoms and multi-organ failure. Karnataka has declared 3-day mourning and Monday was declared as a holiday for schools, colleges, and government offices.

Crazy Mohan aged 67, comedian, Tamil playwright, and actor died in Chennai's Kauvery Hospital on Today (10th June 2019, Monday) after a cardiac arrest. Crazy Mohan adopted his stage name in honor of his popular play of 'Crazy Thieves Of Palavakkam.'

Crazy Mohan was studied engineering and launched his theatre group Crazy Creations in 1979. Crazy Mohan also appeared in so many comic parts in Tamil films, many of them starring Kamal Haasan.

Yuvraj Singh Announces Retirement From International Cricket
On Monday (10th June 2019), Yuvraj Singh who was a poster boy of Indian cricket was announced his retirement from all formats of an international career. He played for India over 19 years and played 400 matches. Yuvraj Singh came into the ODI (India One day International) fold in October 2000 in the ICC knockout tournament in Nairobi and his Test debut at his home turf of Mohali against New Zealand in October 2003. 

Yuvraj was played 40 Tests and scoring 1900 runs with an average of 33.92 (3 hundred and 11 fifties). His highest Test score is 169 against Pakistan in 2007 at Bengaluru. Also, he played 304 ODIs was and scoring 8701 runs at an average of 36.55 with 14 centuries and 42 fifties. His highest score in ODI was 150 against England at Cuttack in 2017.
