Eligibility Conditions for various Post:

1. General Manager:

  • Educational Qualification: Should be graduate or post graduate in MBA/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ CS.
  • Age: A candidate must be below 55 years of age.
  • Experience: They should have minimum of 3 years of experience in executive position.

2. Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidate should hold graduate or post-graduate in CA/CS/ICWA/CHA/MBA.
  • Age: They should be below 55 years (below 50 years will be more preferable).
  • Experience: They should have been recognized as HIGH FILER with minimum 3 years of experience in the grade.

3. Charted Accountant:

  • Educational Qualification: Should be a qualified Charted Accountant with some additional qualifications.
  • Age: A candidate must be below 45 years of age.
  • Experience: Should possess minimum three years of experience in banking and financial sector. 

4. Senior Managers/HOD:

  • Educational Qualification: Should possess graduate or post-graduate degree in MBA/ CA/ CS/ ICWA.
  • Age: Candidate should be below 50 years of age.
  • Experience: They should be in cadre of Scale III/II for about minimum three years.

5. Branch Managers Operations:

  • Educational Qualification: Should be a graduate in any subject.
  • Age: They should be below 45 years.
  • Experience: Should have worked as Manager(Scale II) for minimum of 3 years.

6. Branch Managers Sales:

  • Educational Qualification: Should be a graduate in any of the subject.
  • Age: Should be below 45 years of age.
  • Experience: Should be a sales Manager for minimum 3 years.
