SpaceX Dragon Capsule Successfully Docks With ISS

On Sunday (03rd March 2019), the demonstration mission of SpaceX's new Crew Dragon capsule successfully docked on the ISS (International Space Station), passing a key test before it can start taking United States astronauts into space.

SpaceX and NASA confirmed during a live broadcast of the mission, the docking of the Dragon capsule which has only a dummy on board and it was concluded at 1051 GMT which is nearly 250 miles (400 km) over the surface of the Earth.

A little over 2 hours later, the space station's 3 crew members such as Canadian David Saint Jacques, Russian Oleg Kononenko and American Anne McClain opened the hatch of the space dragon capsule for the first time and penetrated it's interior in space.

Saying the UNSC's enhancement is the "first crucial part" towards it's reform, the France has stresses it's support for India as the permanent member of powerful UN Security Council. India has been calling for the reform of UN Security Council along with Germany, Japan and Brazil for long.

Emphasizing that it rightly deserves a place at the United Nation high table as a permanent member. France which assumed the March Presidency of the UN Security Council and a veto wielding permanent member of the 15 nation Security Council, last month (February 2019) moved a fresh proposal in the UNSC along with the United States and the United Kindom to designate Pakistan based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist.

PM Modi To Inaugurate 1000 Crore Temple Complex Today (4th March 2019)
Prime Minister Modi will be on a 2 days visit to his home state Gujarat from today (4th March 2019), where he will launch the Pradhan Mantri Shram-Yogi Maandhan Yojana Scheme (PM-SYM). PM Modi will also inaugurate the first phase of the 6 km long Ahmedabad metro service.

As part of the metro rail commissioning programme, Modi will lay the foundation of the 28.28 km 2nd phase of the Ahmedabad Metro and also travel few distance on the phase-I stretch. During his visit, PM will also be visiting and laying the foundation stone for the Umiya Dham temple complex which costs nearly Rs. 1000 crore. The temple will be dedicated to Maa Umiya who is the god of Kadva Patels who are a sub group of the Patidar community.

The official source said on Monday (March 4th, 2019), the Baijayant Jay Panda who quit Odisha's ruling BJD (Biju Janata Dal) last year of 2018 is likely to join the BJP's party shortly. Jay Panda aged 55 was quit the BJD last May 2018 after a bitter falling out with his party chief.

The owner of a large company with interests in power, real estate and mining, Jay Panda had been a parliamentarian of the Biju Janata Dal since 2000 and had been most prominent leaders from Odisha in the party. Kamal Nath Government to Waive Off Loan of 25 Lakh Farmers
Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said, that the Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) government will waive off agricultural loans of 25 lakh farmers over the next 4 days as part of it's ''Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana'' scheme. When addressing a function Sunday (3rd March 2019) in Rajgarh district, over 130 km, CM Nath said, that the farm loan waiver process would continue until all beneficiaries are covered.

He said, in next 4 days farm loan of 25 lakh farmers will be waived off and the process will continue for the remaining ones. Also adding, that his government was working continuously over 65 days ago to fulfill promises in the Congress election manifesto. On the function, CM Kamal Nath also distributed the loan waiver certificates to some of the farmers.

On Sunday (3rd March 2019), Argentine Guido Pella claimed his first ATP title after beat Christian Garin by 7-5 and 6-3 to win the Brasil Open in Sao Paulo. Guido Pella who had previously reached 4 ATP finals and come up short each time, without making mistake against the young Chilean and finished a game without dropping a set. He was ranked 48th in the world tennis before his victory.

The Pella aged 28 will jump to a career best 34th place and the new rankings are published Today (4th March 2019, Monday).
