After Separatists Invited, India Boycotts Pak National Day Event In Delhi
The official sources said, India is not sending any official representative to a reception at the Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi today (22nd March 2019) ahead of Pakistan's National Day as separatists from J&K were also invited. The top government sources told us, the Pakistan has invited 30 odd Hurriyat leaders. A senior government official told, this is double speak by Pakistan and it is direct indication that they are again interference in the internal affairs of India.

That is why the Indian government has decided not send any representative. India's boycott of the event hosted by Pakistan High Commission comes amid tension between the 2 countries after Pulwama terror attack.

Pakistan To Receive $2.1 Billion Loan From China
The Pakistan Finance Ministry has announced, cash built Pakistan will receive over $2 billion loan from it's all weather ally China by Monday (25th March 2019) to provide a boost to it's run in loss economy. The Pakistan spokesperson Khaqan Najeeb Khan and ministry adviser said, that all procedural formalities for transfer of $2.1 billion loan being provided by the Chinese government have been completed.

The funds will be deposited in the State Bank of Pakistan's account by Monday (25th March 2019). Pakistan has received $1 billion each from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as a part of bailout packages by 2 Gulf nations to help shore up Islamabad's dwindling foreign currency reserves.

Today (22nd March 2019, Friday), the Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir joined the BJP, just a day before the national election and with few candidates still to be announced, ending months of assumptions. Arun Jaitley said, it is a significant stimulation, one of the 2 union ministers who addressed the press conference to make the announcement. 

Gautam Gambhir aged 37 said, that i have been influenced by the Prime Minister and his vision for the country. This is a fabulous platform for me to do something for our country. The Indian former cricketer Gambhir may contest the April-May national election as a BJP candidate from Delhi.

On Friday (22nd March 2019), Shiv Sena announced it's first list of 21 candidates for the Lok Sabha elections from it's quota of 23 seats. 

In Mumbai: Rahul Shewale (Mumbai South-Central), Arvind Sawant (Mumbai South), Gajanan Kirtikar (Mumbai North-West). The remaining 3 Mumbai seats are with ally Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). 

In Konkan: Shrikant Shinde (Kalyan), Rajan Vichare (Thane), Vinayak Raut (Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg) and Union minister Anant Geete (Raigad). 

Elsewhere, the candidates are, Dhairyashil Mane (Hatkanangale), Sanjay Mandlik (Kolhapur), Hemant Godse (Nashik), Shivajirao Adhalrao (Shirur), Sadashiv Lokhande (Shirdi), Chandrakant Khaire (Aurangabad) and Shrirang Barne (Maval). 

In Eastern Maharashtra: Prataprao Jadhav (Buldhana), Krupal Tumane (Ramtek), Bhavna Gawli (Yavatmal-Washim), Anandrao Adsul (Amravati), Hemant Patil (Hingoli), Omraje Nimbalkar (Osmanabad) and Sanjay Jadhav (Parbhani).

The Indian hockey team ravaged by injuries and will be up against Asian Games gold medal lists, hoping to put disappointments of last year behind them. Nevertheless improved performances, India fell quite short of what we expected.

Shock losses at the Commonwealth Games (CWG) and Asian Games recently, and an underwhelming 6th place finish at the World Cup did little to lift a mood of Indian hockey fans. An India have been forced to field a largely in-experienced squad at Sultan Azlan Shah Cup 2019 due to several injuries.

Indian rider Ashish Raorane and Aishwarya Pissay will be competing in the 2nd round of the FIM Bajas World Cup 2019 this weekend in Portugal. The rally marks Aishwarya Pissay's 3rd international rally outing in her career and 2nd this year. Lastly, the TVS racer participated in the 1st round of the Bajas Cup earlier this month competing in the dunes of Dubai.

For Ashish Raorane too, this will be follow up to the 1st round of the rally. Much like the 1st round, both Ashish and Aishwarya are participating as privateers in the event with Aishwarya Pissay riding the Yamaha 450 rally bike. She is supported by the TVS Racing with event part of her training and preparation. Ashish Raorane will be astride the KTM-450 rally motorcycle.

National Skipping Day


National Skipping Day
Today (22nd March 2019), will be the 17th annual National Skipping Day which is organized by Skipping Workshops. We usually have around 50,000 children in 250 schools taking part in the skipping day. The main theme in 2019 skipping day will a national attempt at 15 million skips.

There are 150 schools from across the United Kindom taking part with an average of 100 children per school. Each child will set the challenge of managing a grand total of 1000 skipping during the day. For that, it take 15 min to 20 min. The average for each school would be 1,00,000 skips. So the national target will be 150 x 100 x 1,00,000 = 15 million skipping.
