On Today (31st January 2019), Congress party's Shafia Zubair has won the Ramgarh Assembly seat in Rajasthan by defeating BJP's Sukhwant Singh by 12,228 votes. With this win, the Congress party tally victory in Rajasthan out of 200 seats, they touches 100. 

In Jind, BJP's party's Krishan Middha looks won the seat by over 12,000 votes. Middha has overtaken Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) candidate Digvijay Chautala. Then the Congress national spokesperson and heavyweight of the Party Randeep Singh Surjewala settled at the 3rd spot. The vote counting had to be stopped for few time after a complaint regarding the electronic voting machines (EVMs).

India was suffered a batting collapse on Thursday (31st January 2019) as they were bowled out for 92 in the 4th ODI against New Zealand at Seddon Park in Hamilton. In the absence of Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who has been rested for the remaining matches of the tour of New Zealand with an eye on the upcoming World Cup 2019, Rohit Sharma took the charge as Indian team captain. 

After won the toss Kiwi skipper Kane Williamson asked India to bat first. India's top order were collapsed against New Zealand seamer Trent Bould who picked 5 wickets. With a late partnership from the Indian spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav, India were managed to go from 55-8 to 80-9 before being all out for 92 in the 31st over.

From June 30, FSSAI Bans Use of Staple Pins in Tea Bags
India is a country that runs on chai as fuel, and the tea bags are available almost everywhere in the country for public use which including trains and office pantries. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) are looking at the widely use of tea bags, has taken size of the potentially harmful staple pins used in packaging tea leaves in tea bags and is sought a ban on the pins. 

On Wednesday (30th January 2019), the government agency issued a notification to food business operators (FBO) to sought a ban on the use of staple pins in a tea bags by 30th June 2019 onward.
